Pink Gin Fizz cocktail recipe

Mermaid Pink Gin is a fresh and fruity-flavoured pink gin from Isle of Wight Distillery, a proudly net-zero distillery in Ryde, Isle of Wight. The gin is infused with flavours from fresh Isle of Wight strawberries, and is both vegan and gluten-free. Not only that but the signature mermaid-scaled bottle that all Mermaid spirits come in is also completely plastic-free.

What I love about Mermaid Pink Gin is that it isn’t a really sweet pink gin. Sweet drinks have their place for sure but, as someone who loves a stronger drink, I definitely welcome the less sweet Mermaid Pink Gin with open arms. If there’s a cocktail that really shows off how delicious this gin is then it’s definitely the Pink Gin Fizz.
