Since I haven’t shared a recipe with you in a little while I thought I’d write out one of my favourite breakfast recipes for when I’m not in university and have a bit more time in the morning to make myself a real breakfast which is my Fruity Granola Porridge!
Porridge Oats (I just use the low sugar ASDA own brand oats)
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp granola
Splash of almond milk
Honey, for drizzling
Follow the instructions on your porridge oats to cook them (I normally use mostly water as the mix and then add a splash of almond milk for extra creaminess)
When the porridge is cooked, add the sliced banana and blackberries over the top
Scatter the granola and almond flakes on top of the porridge and fruit mix
Finish off with a drizzle of honey for a bit of extra sweetness
